Mushroom Recipe Books
A wonderful fungi recipe book by Antonio Carlucci, of "Two Greedy Italians " fame. It includes identification of edible species but you should consult other sources to verify identification. What a marriage to inspire new recipes: Mushrooms and Italian cooking.
The Ultimate Mushroom Book has excellent sections on edible mushrooms, poisonous mushrooms and mushroom recipes. All sections have excellent photographs and there are also comparisons between edible mushrooms and poisonous look-alikes .
Books to help Improve your fungi photos

It discusses equipment and things to watch for when photographing specific types of fungi. A good introductory reference. Close up photography in Nature
As the title suggests, this book is not specific to fungi. However, it is completely up to date with a Kindle launch date of September, 30 2014. It is really comprehensive. There are chapters on equipment, exposure and lighting, getting sharp images, light and colour, and on using flash versus ambient light.
