Fungus Cap:



-To 60mm in diameter

-Broadly convex to flat

-Pale mauve fawn



-Smooth with warty veil patches

-Slight fringed margin.

Gills:
 
-Close
-Same colour as cap
-Smooth

Stem: Tall, cylindrical, centrally attached, fibrous, a striated hanging ring with strong snakelike pattern above but less pronounced below, a bulbous white base.

 Found: Path edge of tea-tree woodland in Forrest,  Northern Otway Ranges
